Mama Knows Best provides breastfeeding and pumping mamas a way to preserve your breastmilk with the process of freeze drying. Once freeze dried your milk will be sent back to you in packaging that is not only easy to use but beautiful. You can use your bags the next day or in three years. We take pride in caring for your milk while it's in our hands. We freeze dry in single batches so your milk will never be in contact with any one else’s.

1. Shipping
Once you have placed your order, a member from our team will start your shipping. We will send you an insulated box and ice packs (freeze ice packs overnight to ensure fully frozen). Then you simply fill it with your stash of frozen milk and the freezer material we have provided. Then you ship the box back with the prepaid shipping label. Soon your hard work is returned to you!
2. We process your milk
We freeze dry your milk (you can learn more about that in our process page). Then we safely package it into convenient bags and seal them for future use. Once the packaging is done we ship all your hardwork back you.
3. Your hardwork has arrived
Your package will arrive feeling much lighter but still packed with all the nutritional benefits. Open your package and start enjoying!
